Let’s start with the usual concept of time, in which the past is immovably written in stone. Nothing in the past can be changed or modified by virtue of the fact that time itself is petrified, up to and including the very last second that has just ticked by. You are now in the present, an intricate matrix of the effects of every past cause and as such you have only very little freedom of movement in the seconds which are to come. Already the present and the immediate future are beginning to gel. To escape from its ever-hardening clutches requires that you project your desires into the future. Project them too near and the effects of the past will have already loaded the temporal disc to such a degree that it may be unable to accommodate the program you envisage. However in Ian Campbell and David Woods book GENESET they say that there is probably a way and a method explained in a book that is on the top shelf of the subconscious mind, they continue to say that the future becomes less and less dense as it progresses away from us until it is eventually so liquid that once again it is beyond manipulation. Mark your pattern in that fluid pool and it will disappear as fast as it is drawn. If you would mould the future, nearer to your heart’s desire, it must be where it is putty in your hands and capable of receiving the projections of your mind. In that state it is capable of preserving the imprint you have made, and you will be able to access it when you arrive at that present. By that time it will be sufficiently hardened for you to obtain the benefits of its design. Unknowingly, this is precisely what you do, and, as you sow, so shall ye reap becomes an enlightening axiom. But consider the slight change to what you sow and the meaning is profound, the seed is of your choice.
Now it is time to take down that book on the top shelf of the subconscious, something the ancients were able to do and once again has become available at the closing of the ages. Let’s start with, as you sow, so ye will reap. Each past moment/event/experience has left an imprint, is set in stone.. or in another words, each event has edged the lens through which you look in the present, and influences your future. These imprints are usually edged deeply when they are of a strong emotional kind and so influence thought patterns which determine the way you see and respond to present moments.
Keep this in mind for a moment while we have a closer look at the male and female principles. The emotional body or feeling body is the female side and the mind body or mental body is the male side. The emotional body is not a rational one, it does not differentiate, it does not see good or bad, it just wishes to experience and triggers the mental body with thoughts that are associated with it, it does not necessarily see what really is, but sees often only in the light of the edged lens. Those of you who are familiar with the Bible might start to recognise the story of Adam and Eve and the forbidden fruit here.
If you mentally travel back to these past experiences to look at them then you look at them through the edged lenses they have caused in the first place. This means you look at them in the emotional and mental discolouration. If on the other hand you would travel back to these past events without attachment (both emotional and mental) or in biblical terms (be in it but not of it) then your perspective will widen. At first you will see little things that you were not aware of at the time, but with practice you will be able to move further outside of the bubble and start to see what led to it and where it has been leading you.
When you hear about people who had a near death experience you often hear that they experienced their life passing by in an instant, and you have probably heard that after death you come before the lord and be judged, all this has to do with a shift in consciousness whereby the emotional and mental body are disconnected so vision becomes clear. When you learn to look back with this clear vision then this so called petrified past which influences both the present and future can be altered, your karmic residue can be cleansed and you will experience a greater freedom.
This purification leads to a stage whereby it is said that your will and gods will are one.
Scientists seek answers in the smallest of things or the largest such as the uni-verse narrowing their perception. A theory of everything per definition needs to include everything, and in order to do so the limiting factor must be taken aside, Mind.
Strange as it may sound mind is a tool not to be identified with. Nothing could be further from the truth when saying: I think therefore I am. Both the emotional and mental body, the physical body will eventually return to dust but the eternal body will remain, but as long as you have not been able to unify with it, you live on only in the memories of others.
To let go of attachments leads to the centre that includes all.
Through this long chain of cause and effect your ability to follow the thread that leads from one to the next can only be seen occasionally, but particularity the emotional threads become difficult to trace back and be seen because they are already being stored before your mental body is developed. While the female remains somewhat in touch with the emotional body they are often said to have what is called intuition, which is nothing more than a not fully worded feeling. Once it has connected itself to the mental body it will not be called intuition any more. The male who considers feeling a weakness and focusses on his mental body also loses the ability to recognise what guides him.
But don’t think that either lead to the truth, all concepts that arise from a not knowing lead to an incomplete idea of it.
To alter your perception of your past through the practise suggested on truth-revelations means you alter its influence in the present and future, and have turned lead to gold.
But Before you can, be careful how you think; your life is shaped by your thoughts.
Proverbs 4:23 (TEV)
To change your life, you must change the way you think. Behind everything you do is a thought. Every behaviour is motivated by a belief, and every action is prompted by an attitude which is emotionally loaded.
God revealed this thousands of years before psychologists understood it: “Be careful how you think; your life is shaped by your thoughts” (Proverbs 4:23 TEV). Feelings can find expression through thoughts and eventually actions.
Imagine flying an air plane on automatic pilot set to go east. If you decide to reverse course and head west, you have two possible ways to change the planes direction. One way is to grab the steering wheel and physically force it to head in the opposite direction from where the autopilot is programmed to go. By sheer willpower, you could overcome the autopilot, but you’d feel constant resistance. Your arms would eventually tire of the stress, you’d let go of the steering wheel, and the plane would instantly head back east, the way it was internally programmed. The autopilot being the emotional body steering.
This is what happens when you try to change your life with willpower; you say, “I’ll force myself to be aware, to… stop getting angry… quit being disorganized and late etc. And, yes, willpower can produce short-term change, but it creates constant internal stress because you haven’t dealt with the root cause. The change doesn’t feel natural. Eventually you give up and go off the diet or fall back into the behavioural patterns.
There is a better and easier way: Change your autopilot; in other words, the way you think. “Let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think” (Romans 12:2 NLT). Once you have experienced the fact that the emotional body is your autopilot, through this different way of looking at your past and have seen that it made you its slave, your faith can strengthen.
Change always starts first in the mind. The way you think determines the way you feel, and the way you feel influences the way you act, which means “there must be a spiritual renewal of your thoughts and attitudes” (Ephesians 4:23 NLT). Remember feeling triggers thoughts and thoughts feed the emotional body again.
To be like Christ you must first develop the mind of Christ. The New Testament calls this mental shift “repentance”, which in Greek literally means “to change your mind”.
To repent means to change the way you think, about God, yourself, sin, other people, life, your future, and everything else, and you adopt Christ’s outlook and perspective on life.
